Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited ("SPLL" or "Company") is a pharmaceutical company having registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Company manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products in India. It was incorporated on January 17, 1997. On March 9, 2012, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (SPIL). The Domestic Formulation Undertaking of SPIL was transferred to the Company with effect from March 31, 2012, pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited and the Company. The shares of the Company are not listed on any of the Stock Exchanges.
