District Health Society under National Health Mission, Health Branch, Dist. Qualification
1. Passes a degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university, or in equivalent educational qualification and must have registeration of Gujarat Pharmacy Council
2. Candidate should have knowledge of computer.
3. Should have adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi.
Age Limit : 40 years
Applications sent out of the prescribed time limit will be considered invalid, only merit list of valid application candidates will be made. Candidates as per merit list will be informed later about the date, time and place of interview before the Selection Committee as per the vacancies.
In addition, at the time of interview, the candidate has to be present at the place of interview at his own cost along with recent photographs, government valid identity card (Aadhar card / driving license election card), proof of educational qualification and age along with original and self attested copy. All decisions regarding recruitment for the above posts will be made by the Selection Committee.
