Career opportunity to join SSUHS as Deputy Controller of Examinations

The Selection Committee of the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences invites applications for the following posts from candidates having Indian citizenship as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India, and having requisite qualifications and experiences, for recruitment to various posts, as shown below

Post: Deputy Controller of Examinations

Number of Post: 1 (one) UR

Age of Superannuation: 62 (sixty two) years.

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs. 68,900/- to Rs. 2, 05,000/- + other allowances as admissible as per rules (Academic level 11).

A. Essential Qualifications:
i) A post Graduate Degree in any faculties of Health Sciences (Allopathic/ Ayurvedic/ Homeopathic/ Nursing/ Dentisrty/ Pharmacy/ Allied Health Sciences) from any recognized Indian University.
ii) 3 years post PG work experience in the relevant field.
Or
Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education
iii) Functional computer literacy

B. Desirable:
i. One research paper published in indexed journal as first or corresponding author in last five years.
ii. Experience in Examination System.
iii. Experience of confidential work.
C. Age should not be more than 45 (forty five) years as on 1st January, 2020

on or before 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Those in employment must submit a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer along with the application.

Incomplete Applications and Applications received after the last date shall be summarily rejected. Applications must accompany by a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences”, payable at SBI, GMC Branch, Guwahati.

Candidates selected for interview will have to appear before the Selection Committee at their own cost, when called for.
