Post : Business Development Manager (Solid Orals) for a Pharma Co., Mumbai

Job description
• Business development / domestic marketing of contract manufacturing as well as plant mfg.
• P2P Sales
• Coordinating with all the depts.
• Resolving issues of pertaining to Commercial terms / regulatory affairs /legal / accounting.
• To explore business opportunities for expansion and growth
• To ensure profitable growth
• To build cohesive team enabling environment for team to perform & grow
• To meet region wise business objectives
• Talent Management and attrition
• Leadership development
• To continue focus on business growth through brand building & customer engagement
• Segment: Solid Oral Dosage Forms

Candidate Profile:
• 10-15 Yrs of relevant experience in Pharma industry & contract marketing.
• Having knowledge of Party to Party (P2P), Loan Lien.
• B Pharma / MBA Marketing.
• Product selling abilities.
• Should be ready to join on urgent basis.
• Ready to travel as and when required.
• Preferably male candidates only with excellent communication skills.

Experience: 12-15 yrs in Pharma Mfg Co.
