JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONS
• Responsible for daily operations of the OP retail Pharmacy.
• Business Development with defined KRA & Set target.
• Patient service and Customer relation .
• Ensure legal compliance and Confirmation to Standards like NABH & JCI.
• Co-ordination with Consultants and Management Team.
Marketing and Sales
• Plan door to door Campaigns.
• Organizing Camps
• To continuously make effort to increase the sales, service standards and achieve targets
Additional Information:
Qualification: B.Pharm / D. Pharm with experience in Pharma Sales.
Experience: Four / Five years experience in handling Retail Pharmacy
Skill : Communication skills, Confidence level, Salesman Ship, Business Promotion and marketing skills.
Location : Bangalore, Mysore
