Job Description:
• SDS PAGE analysis of in process sample ,Active Raw material and final vaccine for the determination of purity
• Testing and analysis of ARM, in process on HPLC.
• To carry out raw material testing of Celite and DE-52 Cellulose ,Ion-Exchange columns
• To ensure that all equipment are in the lab and its document.
• To prepare all the solution required in the lab.
• Indent of material, equipment ,AMC/CMC
• To receive the samples of In-process, active raw material and other samples for different products.
• To ensure that prescribed safety precaution are taken while performing experimentation
• Responsible for all the activities in Electrophoresis and chromatography Laboratory
