Post : Production Officer / Executive
Skills:
1) Co-ordination with QA, QC, RMS, Departments for various issues.
2) Co-ordinate with maintenance department for breakdown of equipments, utilities and services.
3) Maintain discipline in the department.
4) Ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to I obtain the required quality.
5) Ensure timely completion of production plan.
6) Carry out Training and Guidance to Officers and Operators.
7) Check the maintenance of department, premises and equipments.
8) Ensure availability of rubber stereos, stationery items, and miscellaneous items.
9) Prepare documents like BMR, BPR, Protocol and Reports for Equipment Qualification and Process validation.
10) Issue monthly logs required for the department and its control.
11) Review master documents such as Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packing Records.
12) Preparation of new departmental SOP'S and its implementation.
13) Qualify and regularly check all the Dies and Punches for Condition and Cleanliness
14) Follow and Implement GMP.
