Job Knowledge
1. To actively participate in the creation of the Pharmacy formulary. Process Orientation/ Documentation
2. To process Billing of dispensed items for inpatient and outpatients.
3. To implement the Sop's.
4. To Provide drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
5. To ensure proper storage and record keeping of drugs.
6. To maintain upto date knowledge about all drugs and medical supplies.
7. To have complete orientation of IMS system of Hospital.
8. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
9.Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
10.Comply with patient safety policy.
Candidate Profile:
Diploma or B Pharma with 1-4 yrs of Exp
