Job Description
Responsible for analysis of raw materials, bulk samples, finished products and product of stability studies as well as experimental trial batches.
Responsible for In-process Quality Control checks of cream line and ointment line at regular interval and reporting to the HOD.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Sampling & analysis of bulk samples, process validation samples & finished products and the documentation of the analysis carried out.
2.Analysis of raw materials and working standards as and when required.
3. Analysis of sample of stability studies and trial experimental batch.
4. Maintaining of line clearance records.
5. Calibration of instruments as per schedule, maintaining log books of instruments.
6. Checking the dispensing of raw materials for manufacturing of products and its documentation.
7. Collecting finished products for analysis and control samples and its documentation.
8.Day to day analysis of Purified water & analysis of MIDC water as per schedule allocated.
9. HPLC analysis of raw materials, finished products and samples for stability studies.
10. Calibration of HPLC instrument & maintaining of the log book.
11. To carry out Analytical Method Validation.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm
