Job Description :
Inter Department Coordination
-Coordination with respective departments for compiling necessary information for project related work.
-Coordinate with Purchase team for project related procurement/job matters.
-Coordinate with Finance team for payment related matters.
-Coordination with Engineering & respective department for Project execution.
-Coordinating with Engineering department for Maintenance (civil) related work in plants, and certifying their bills.

New Projects Civil Related
-Preparation of New Project Proposals.
-Freezing Bill of quantities& technical specifications for civil items.
-Making of Technical Comparison for civil work and putting up of technical recommendation to purchase.
-Certifying civil work bills.

MIS Related
-Preparation of Civil Project Cost estimates
-Preparation of Project Implementation schedule..

External Coordination
-Discussion with Vendors for specifications, quotations etc.
-Coordination with Contractors for successful project completion.
-Discussion with consultants for rebottle necking for on-going projects.
-Coordination with parties for sorting out Project related issues.

Candidate Profile :
- B.E/B.Tech(Civil)
- 8 to 13 years of experience in Pharma Industry
- Candidate should be ready to relocate
