Job Description:
- Lubrizol LifeSciences (LLS) has an exciting opportunity for an analytical method development manager position at its Mumbai lab location. The person will work with the global Lubrizol LifeSciences technical organization from US, Mexico, China locations and with Particles Science Inc. team
- Provide Analytical method Development expertise for global and local (India) projects in the area of pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery systems
- Use expertise and knowledge to promote Lubrizol technologies to accelerate product development
- Plan analytical pathways for the formulations, conduct pre-formulation and stress degradation studies, develop new analytical methods, validate the methods carry out routine analysis of formulations and stability samples
- Maintain records of experiments, results and conclusions
- Provide projects updates through the regular issuance of technical reports and presentations for internal and external use
- Work seamlessly as a member of and LLS global technical organization and local LLS cross-functional team.
- Conduct work within Lubrizol laboratories, in compliance with all safety policies and procedure
Candidate Profile:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in Analytical Sciences or related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant Analytical development experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in pre formulation studies, analytical method development, using of analytical equipment such as HPLC and analysis of various pharmaceutical dosage forms, including solid dosage forms and drug delivery systems
- Knowledge of drug development process and requirements
- Excellent verbal and writing communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated toward achievements, well organized and results oriented
- Computer usage proficient
