Post: Compounder / Pharmacist - 5 Nos
Qualification:
Diploma in pharmacy from a recognised institute / board.
Experience: 5 years experience is desirable.
Remuneration: 14000 PM (fixed pay consolidated)
Age Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 1st day of 2015. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC will be as per Govt, norms.
Reservation: Reservation for the reserved categories as per Govt, rules is applicable.
LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION: The application should be submitted to the concerned Employment Exchange within 21 days from the date of publication of the Advertisement.
CONDITIONS:
1. The posts are purely temporary on contractual basis
2. Interested candidates should submit their application in Standard Form of application as published in part IX of the Assam Gazette.
3. Self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials with 2(two) copies of recent passport size photographs should be enclosed with the application form
4. Separate application form should be submitted for applying more than one post, if any.
5. The Applicants must be permanent residents ol Assam
6. Applicants should have their name registered by any of the Employment Exchanges in Assam.
7. The Applicant should submit their application at the Employment Exchange where his name is registered.
8. a Persons working at Govt / PSU Department should submit their application through proper channel to the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Assam. Rehabari
9. No application will be received directly at the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training. Assam other than those mentioned at SI 8.
10. Copy of testimonials should be enclosed with the application in support of the qualification and experience under self attestation.
11. Incomplete application will be rejected.
