The eligible candidates can apply through the prescribed format within 30 days from the date of publication of Advertisement in the Employment News i.e. 21-27 November 2015 and candidates applying from regions: Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Ladhak, Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District Pangi Sub - Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Island or Lakshadweep can send the applications within 45 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment News.

Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed format along with attested copies of certificates/testimonials to the Deputy Drugs Controller (India), Central Drugs Standard Control Organization, West Zone, 4th Floor, Zonal FDA Bhawan, GMSD Compound, Bellasis Rd., Mumbai Central, Mumbai-400008 so as to reach within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment News and within 45 days for the regions stated above.
General Instructions:
1. Applications in the prescribed format typed in English (in A 4 size paper) should reach the Deputy Drugs Controller(India), Central Drugs Standard Control Organization, West Zone, Zonal FDA Bhawan,n4th Floor, GMSD Compound, Bellasis Rd., Mumbai Central, Mumbai 400008 within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
2. The name of the post applied for should be mentioned on the top left corner of the envelope. Applications received after closing hrs on the last date receipt will NOT be considered.
3. Applications incomplete in any respect and received after the closing date shall be summarily rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
4. Canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidate. 5. Attested copies of certificates (not original) of Educational Qualification, Proof of Date of Birth, Mark Sheets and one self addressed envelope (of size 30x12 cm) with required postal stamp affixed thereon and full address written/typed in English are to be enclosed along with the application. However, original certificates should be brought while attendingthe test for verification.
6. Candidates employed in Central Government, State Govt., and Public Section Undertakings should apply through proper channel only. Otherwise their applications are liable to be rejected.
7. Candidates app earing for test and interview will come on their own expenditure.
8. The Selection/Appointment of the candidate will be based on written test, interview, medical fitness and character verification,. method and date of test/interview may be changed due to administrative reasons.
9. New Contributory Pension Scheme is applicable.
