The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. The Commission advise the Government on all matters relating to civil services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution and publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written test and/or practical tests, physical efficiency test and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointment strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.
Applications are invited online only from qualified candidates belonging to reservation group of communities of Kerala State, viz. SIUC Nadar for selection to the under mentioned post. Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'.

Note:- (i) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than that those notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.
(ii) A Ranked list will be prepared for Ernakulam district in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published as per this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the following district.
Method of appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to SIUC Nadar community only) .
Age Limit: 18-39. Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.1996 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post including the relaxation as per para 2 (i) of General Conditions.
Note:- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under Part 2 (i) of this Notification.
Qualifications:
(i) Pass in S.S.L.C or equivalent examination.
(ii) Diploma in Pharmacy.
(iii) Registration with the Kerala State Pharmacy Council
Note : The clause interpreted in Rule 10 a (ii) of KS & SSR is applicable for selection to this post.
Mode of submitting Applications: Candidates must register as per “ ONE TIME REGISTRATION” system on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission viz 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' . Those who have registered shall apply by logging into their profile using their User ID and pass word. Candidates must click on the `Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a printout of the details on the registration card by clicking the link Registration Card after entering the home page. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile and they shall keep in mind the User Id for further communication with the Commission. Application once submitted will be received as provisional and cannot be deleted or altered on after submission. Applications once submitted not in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove Qualification, experience, Community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for.

If Written Test/OMR Test is conducted as a part of the selection Admission Tickets of eligible candidates will be made available in the website of Kerala Public Service Commission. Candidates are instructed to download their Admission tickets as per the instructions given in the website.
