Job Description:
Eligibility Criteria:
Existing FLM ( DM ,FTM, FM,IDM etc) and  (Grade C Colleagues) are only eligible to apply

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strategic/Policy
- Continuous evaluation of techniques to identify training needs and support   efficiency.
- Identify new methods of enhancing field force effectiveness.
- Align training activities with business needs of the region.


2. Operational
- Liase with RBM and maintain a dialogue between Sales team and Field Force Development team.
- Assist District Managers and the Field Force Development Manager in determining relevant training and development needs of PSOs and ways of addressing those needs.
- Implement training programs to meet specific needs of sales team, achieve compliance with applicable policies and procedures, and serve the overall company's strategic objectives.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives to ensure that they meet with sales management and company requirements and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Promote effective training and development and good managerial behaviours by:
• Developing and maintaining teamwork and a positive climate.
• Maintaining self-learning and development.

3. People
- Understand and manage interdependencies among various teams and develop effective relationships.
- Demonstrate and promote Pfizer global value system across all interactions.

4. Financial
- Identify cost effective mechanisms for efficient rollout of training programmes.
- Liaison with RBM to select cost effective training options.

5. Technology
- Use technology solutions for enabling better information availability
- Use technology developments for adoption in field operations and training

Candidate Profile
1. Graduate
- Tenure band: 6 years +
- Domain exp: Pharma sales + Training

2. Special Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of Pfizer Vision, Mission, Values and strategic priorities.
- Understanding of Pfizer operating procedures that relate to the field force.
- Ability to analyze training needs and translate these into training and development plans.
- Experience of planning and delivering training programs.
- Ability to grasp and imbibe product-related and technical concepts.
- Good interpersonal skills, sociability and the ability to build and develop relationships with internal customers.
- Working knowledge of Pfizer IT systems and applications.
