• Metric/ SL Reporting
• Accustomed to and work on HCL Applications : RAS, My Project Portal, BRQ, GTT, Transportal
• Maintain Various Reporting and project management Trackers
• Help in conducting the Ops hi5, DEI and other Infosec audtits
• Interacting with internal and external clients.
• Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc project meetings
