Post : Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Production QMS

Location : Bavla, Gujarat
Industry : Pharmaceutical Formulations
Experience : 7–15 years

Key Responsibilities
• Drive effective implementation of Production QMS & cGMP compliance.
• Prepare, review and ensure timely completion of BMR/BPR, SOPs, logbooks and GMP records.
• Manage Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, OOS/OOT and investigations.
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely observation closure.
• Ensure GDP & Data Integrity compliance across production documentation.
• Identify recurring deviations and documentation gaps through trend analysis.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and other functions.
• Conduct GMP/QMS training for Production personnel.
• Ensure effective employee induction and on-the-job training.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance, documentation and operational excellence.

Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification.
Candidates with hands-on exposure to OSD, Liquid, External or Sterile manufacturing will be preferred.
