Job Description
IV bag filling Machine, RDS & Isolator :
• Experienced for operation & trouble shooting of Isolator & IV bag filling Machine.
• Hands on Experience on Equipment qualification - Isolator, RDS & IV bag filling machine.
• Experienced in qualification documents preparation i.e. protocol preparation. Risk assessment, technical documents review and execution.
• Hands on experience on QMS - investigation / change control / impact assessment: Drafting and review.
• Knowledge of clean area, area cleaning & sanitization, filling operations & in process checks, documentation, area readiness as per compliance.
Preferences : Exposure in operation & qualification of IV bag filling machine (Aseptic) / Isolator / RDS.

Manufacturing & Steam Sterilizer :
• Experienced for operation & trouble shooting of automized Manufacturing & filtration skid.
• Hands on Experience on Equipment qualification - Manufacturing vessel. Part autoclave, Part washer. Terminal sterilizer.
• Experienced in qualification documents preparation i.e. protocol preparation. Risk assessment, technical documents review and execution.
• Hands on experience on QMS - investment / change control / impact assessment: Drafting and review.
• Knowledge of clean area, area cleaning & sanitization. Batch manufacturing, documentation, area readiness as per compliance. Preferences: Exposure In digital platforms like, SCADA. Autoclave / TS: Operation / qualification, Hands on experience In equipment qualification, Exposure in auto- Manufacturing skids.
