Job Description
• Project Manager specialized in Financial Planning applications preferably SAC implementations projects
• Must have experience managing large managed services programs.
• Must have experience establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices
• Must have experience in ensuring optimal resource allocation across projects.
• Experience in managing transformation initiatives involving people, process, and technology elements.
• Must have hands on experience in end-to-end project management, tools, and methodologies (including agile).
• Must have extensive documenting discipline - from meeting minutes to a comprehensive project plan and budgeting.
• Must have data analysis capabilities to collect and analyze data to identify process improvements.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• PMP/Prince2 certifications will be an added advantage
Candidate Profile
• Any Graduate/Postgraduate
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in managing transformation initiatives involving people, process, and technology elements
