Post : Research Associate - R&D

Job Description
1. Designing of new formulations (Tablets, liquids) as per project requirement. Preparation of sample premixes as per requirements received from marketing team and to send for analysis and to customer for trial purpose.
2. Conduct stability study.
3. Making Cost Data Sheet (CDS) for costing of proposed product.
4. New product (Vitamin and Mineral premix) designing including calculations for Vitamins and Mineral label claims and respective sources.
5. Maintain calibration of lab instruments and equipment’s.
6. Maintain documents of lab trials, analytical reports, samples dispatched, marketing queries, audits and other day to day work requirements.
7. To follow up and review of pending analysis samples and documents.
8. To follow up external customer & out sourcing lab for billing and pending analysis reports.
9. Procurement of new raw materials as per requirement.
10. To ensure compliance of safety measures,
11. Imparting and organizing the internal training activities for HNH and ANH department concern people.
12. To ensure compliance to audits.
13. Zone owner of R&D department, responsible for sanitation.
14. To ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity.
15. Responsibility of the producing quality products & maintaining quality
