Opportunity for M.Pharm, MSc Life Sciences to work in ICMR Sponsored Project at Banaras Hindu University

Banaras Hindu University is an internationally reputed temple of learning, situated in the holy city of Varanasi. This Creative and innovative university was founded by the great nationalist leader, Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, in 1916 with cooperation of great personalities like Dr Annie Besant, who viewed it as the University of India. Banaras Hindu University was d under the Parliamentary legislation - B.H.U. Act 1915. It played a stellar role in the independence movement and has developed into the greatest center of learning in India.

Post : Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) Non-Medical with a Fixed amount of Rs.35000+ 6300 (18% HRA) = 41300/- Per Month in a ICMR Sponsored Project entitled ’’Evaluation of a health system-based intervention on change in thrombolysis rate in ST segment elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI) acute coronary syndrome (ACS) across selected districts of the country- A health implementation research project." Sanctioned up to (Duration/Tenure) 31/AUG/2025. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
The candidates should be (Essential qualifications)
(i) M.Sc (Life Sciences), M.A (Social Sciences), Master in Medical Social Work(MSW) degree holders with Two years research experience OR
MBBS/BDS/MVSc/M.Pharma/ME/M.Tech degree holders
Upper Age Limit- 35 years
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST up to 5 years and OBC upto 3 years for all categories.
(age relaxation for physically handicapped upto 10 years and 15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC).
All qualifications and degrees must be obtained from a recognized university /Board / Institution.
Only Experience from recognized Institutions is acceptable.
