Job for Pharmacists in ECHS Polyclinics

The ECHS Central Organization is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organization is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

ECHS invites applications to engage following Medical, Para Medical and Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinics, Palakkad, Salem and Krishnagiri for a period of 11 /12 months

No of posts : 03 (Palakkad-01, Salem-01, Krishnagiri-01)
Age Limit : 56 years
Basic Qualification : a) B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. Or (10+ with Science stream (Physics, Chemist, Biology) from recognized Board and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. (b) Minimum three years experience.
Salary Rs.(per month) : Rs 28,100/-

Application as per requisite format alongwith self attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications and work experience will be submitted to OIC, Station Headquarters (ECHS Cell), Redfields, Coimbatore - 641 018 by 05 Sep 2024 in duplicate. Any application received after 05 Sep 2024 will not be accepted.
Interview Date, Time and Venue Candidate must reach ECHS Cell, Station Headquarters, Coimbatore - 641 018 before 0830 hours on 18 and 19 Sep 2024 for the interview scheduled to commence at 10.00 A M onwards. Candidates must bring all the original certificates / mark sheets/ degree of 10th / Matric, 10+2, & Graduation / post graduation / diploma / course, work experience and discharge book, PPO, service records and 02 PP size photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirement may apply.
Persons applying for first time in ECHS establishment are eligible if they have minimum two years (24 months) balance to serve from maximum age criteria as mentioned above. This will be calculated from 1st of next month in which advertisement of vacancy has been advertised. Minimum one year (12 months) will be needed for eligibility for persons for applying if they are already employed with ECHS establishments provided there is nothing adverse against them at any stage. All those candidates who have worked in Empanelled Hospitals will have a clear gap of one year as on the date of interview.

General Instructions
(a) Separate application is required to be submitted for each Polyclinic in case more than one Polyclinic is being opted. Only those candidates meeting eligibility criteria and completed application form shortlisted by the Board of Officers will be considered for interview. Interview will commence from 10.00 A.M onwards on 18 and 19 Sep 2024 at ECHS Cell, Station Headquarters, Redfields, Coimbatore - 641 018. Eligible candidates will only be informed through email. No separate interview call letter will be sent.

(vi) Registration certificate (For Medical, Dental and Para Medical Candidate Only)
(vii) Computers course certificate if any
(viii) Experience Certificates in chronological order.
(ix) MEDICAL FITNESS CERT DULY SIGNED BY:-
(aa) For ESM : Medical officer of dependent Polvclinic and countersianed by OIC ECHS Polyclinic.
(ab) For Civilian candidates: Chief Medical Officer of Govt Hospital only.
(c) Candidates earlier employed in ECHS but whose services were terminated or blacklisted need not apply. Candidates who resigned purely due to unavoidable exigencies on personal reasons also need not to apply for a period of 12 months from the concluding day of the existing contract. These applications will be rejected.
(d) Written test will be conducted if necessary for all categories at the time of interview except Officer Incharge Chowkidar, Safaiwala and Female Attendant. Hence, candidates shall bring writing materials like. Pen/pencil, eraser, writing board etc.
(f) Employment of all individuals will be at the discretion of the appointing authority. Change in terms and condition of employment arising out of unforeseen circumstances at any stage of employment, without any prejudice would be without compensation at the discretion of the appointing authority.
