Key Skills :
• To supervise and monitor the softgel manufacturing and packing process like Gelatin preparation, Medicament preparation, Encapsulation, Drying, Printing and Inspection.
• To maintain round the clock compliance in production floor.
• Preparing monthly plan, day wise and shift wise schedule for Softgel manufacturing and packing.
• Handling QMS events like Deviations, Change Controls and Investigations.
• Manage the team to achieve production plan as per schedule.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth functioning of production.
