Job Criteria :
Seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate who can lead our site quality at our facilities near Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pharmaceutical Quality Management and a proven track record of ensuring compliance, driving quality excellence, and leading high-performing teams.
Job Responsibility :
• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Lead and manage the Site Quality team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Quality processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Quality performance and customer satisfaction
• Ensure effective management of audits, inspections, and corrective actions
• Foster a culture of Quality excellence and accountability within the organization
