The National Institute of Nutrition is an Indian public health, nutrition and translational research centre located in Hyderabad, India. The institute is one of the oldest research centres in India, and the largest centre, under the Indian Council of Medical Research, located in the vicinity of Osmania University.

Highly motivated and eligible candidates are invited to apply for JRF position (Leading to Ph.D.) at the ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad.
Essential qualification : 1st Class M.Sc / M.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences (from a recognized University) qualified with ICMR/CSIR/UGC/ DBT-NET IRF EXAM WITH JRF FELLOWSHIP ONLY. CANDIDATES QUALIFIED FOR NET FOR PROTECT JRF OR LECTURESHIP ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
Areas of research : Human milk microbiome in shaping first colonizers of the infant gut and impact on early childhood development-A prospective cohort study.
Age : Below 28 years as on the date of notification.
Stipend : As per rules of ICMR / CSIR / DBT / UGC.
