Production (Injectables)
Filling Operators : B.Sc / Diploma with 3-4 Years experience in operating Vial filling, GMP & GDP, and area cleaning.
Production Executives : M.Pharm / B.Pharm with 3-5 Year s experience in Compounding activities in Injectables, should have knowledge on CIP & SIP studies, Vail Filling & Sealing, filter integrity.
Packing
Assistant Manager : M.Pharm / B.Pharm with 8-10 Years experience in Packaging commercial operations, QMS, Production documentation, OSD packaging, Sterile(vial visual inspection & packaging) and must be from a Regulatory Plants.
Engineering - HVAC (Injectables)
Jr. Executive/ Officer / Operators : B.Tech/Diploma with 1-3 Year's experience
• Operation of AHUs, Dehumidifiers, LAFs & DPBs Handling of EMS (Environmental monitoring system)
• Handling of EMS (Environmental monitoring system) Monitoring & maintaining of area Temperature, RH & DP
• Problem short out during break down of HVAC System To perform periodic qualifications of AHU, LAF, DPB etc.
• Knowledge on Good documentation practices Basic knowledge on computer
• To perform periodic Preventive maintenance & filter cleaning activities of AHUs, Dehumidifiers, L AFs & DPBs
