All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.
Applications are invited for 6 months for post of one Research Associate (RA), one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and one Project Assistant (PA) in a ICMR funded project entitled "Anemia: Exploring the role of vitamin D, essential elements and lifestyle in Indian population."
Research Associate-1
Minimum qualifications and experience : PhD / MD / MS / MDS or equivalent degree with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. OR Three years of research and teaching experience after M. Pharma/M.Sc/M.VSc. with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Monthly emoluments : Rs 47000/pm (including 27% HRA)
Age Limit : 40 Years (Relaxed upper age limit by two years in case of women candidates)
Senior Research Fellow-1
Minimum qualifications and experience : M.Pharma / MBBS / BDS / M.VSc. degree holders OR M.Sc. (Life Sciences) degree holders with two years research experience.
Monthly emoluments : Rs 35000/-pm (including 27% HRA)
Age Limit : Up to 35 Years
Project Assistant -1
Minimum qualifications and experience : Graduate in science/relevant subject/from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution OR Master's degree in the relevant subject
Monthly emoluments : Rs 31000/- pm consolidated
Age Limit : Up to 30 Years
