Minimum Age - 18 years
Maximum Age - 34 years
The following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules:
i. For SC, ST & BCs – (05) years
ii. For ex-service men – (03) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii. Disabled persons – (10) years.
Educational Qualification:-
i) Intermediate
ii) Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or B. Pharmacy(B.Pharm) from recognized Institutions.
iii) Must be valid registered with the Telangana Para Medical Board
Method of Recruitment:-
Recruitment will be made by awarding 80% of Marks for marks obtained in Qualifying examination (exclude Languages) and 20% marks reserved for Seniority(Date of Registration at Concerned Medical Board/Counsel) and Walk-in-Interview. Recruitment shall be done in above method by the District Selection Committee under the Chairmanship of Honorable District Collector, Jagtial, the Selection Committee consist of the following members:
1) District Collector, Jagtial : Chairman
2) Medical Superintendent, District Head Qrts. Hospital, Jagtial : Member
3) Dy. Director, Social Welfare Dept. : Member
4) Any Other District Officer (District Collector wishes to include) : Member
5) DM&HO, Jagtial : Member Convener
Selection will be done based on the following criteria:- Merit list will be prepared based on the above criteria mentioned in Para 5 and displayed on Jagtial district website jagtial.telangana.gov.in as well as on the Notice Board of DM&HO Office for transparency. Eligible candidates will be called for Walk-in-Interview at the ratio of 1:2 (Ratio for Interview is subject to approval of the Chairman, DSC, Jagtial).
How to Apply:-
a) Filled in Application Form along with all essential Certificate copies duly attested shall be submitted in person by the candidate at O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Jagtial from 17-08-2021 10.30 am to 23-08-2021 by 5.00 pm.
b) All essential Documents/Certificates will be verified in original at O/o DM&HO, Jagtial during the registration of candidature. Hence, the candidates should attend along with all Original Certificates for “Walk-in-Interview”.
c) Attested Copies of the following Certificates should be enclosed along with the Application form, should be orderly.
1. SSC or equivalent Marks Memorandum
2. Study Certificate from 4th Class to 10th Class
3. Intermediate Marks Memorandum
4. All years Marks Memo’s of qualifying examination.
5. Registration Certificate of respective Councils/Board.
6. Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahasildar concerned. (issued by Govt. of Telangana Government)
7. Pass Port Size Photograph duly pasted on the Application Form
• Application containing wrong claims relating to basic qualification/ eligibility/Age/Educational Qualification and other basic eligibility criteria will be liable for rejection.
• The District Selection Committee will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details or omissions in the Application Forms.
• The O/o DM&HO, Jagtial will not be responsible for delayed receipt/non receipt of Applications.
• Candidates belongs to SC/ST/BC category should enclose a copy of the Caste Certificate issued by the competent Authority (Govt. of Telangana) at the time of submission of applications only, later submissions not acceptable.
• All essential Documents will be verified in original at O/o DM&HO, Jagtial.
• Being called for the interview is not an absolute assurance of being selected.
• District Health Society is reserves the right to fill up (or) cancel the Notification published.
• Any attempts by the candidate either directly or indirectly to influence the selection committee or other Authorities will disqualify the candidature for the Post.
• The District Selection Committee is reserved all the rights to temporarily postponed or cancel this Notification at any stage.
