Proposal to engage a suitable retired person as Consultant
Company is into manufacture and marketing of life savings drugs. Company has several diversification plans related to pharmaceutical sector. Company intends to engage one consultant who is retired person, having rich experience and performance record in the various areas of marketing related to Pharmaceutical industry viz, Trade marketing, Institutional marketing and Product Management. He/She should have worked in CPSE, in senior position for 10 to 15 Years and professional qualification like MBA in Marketing is desirable. The engagement is initially for one year and may continue further subject to his/her performance and requirement. The maximum age limit for engagement as consultant is 62 years.
The person so engaged would draw the consultancy fee based on his/her last pay drawn minus pension plus prevalent D.A on residual amount.
