In pursuance to Govt. Order No. 442 HME of 24-2019 & DMSJ/SCH/PMBJAK/3129-39, Dated 02- 01-2021 WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for the below mentioned requirement of Registered Pharmacists will be held on 23.08.2021 at 11 AM in the Office of Chief Medical Officer, District Administrative complex, Nandani Hills, Samba for establishment of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadi Kendra to work on profit sharing on temporary basis.
Post : Registered Pharmacists
Qualification / Experience : 10+2 with Diploma in training course from any recognized institution with registration from State Paramedical Council
No. of Pharmacists Required : 06 (DH Samba- 02, AH Ghagwal- 02, EH Vijaypur- 01, PHC Purmandal- 01)
Selection Criteria :
a) 10+2=10 Points
b) Diploma in Pharmacy = 70 Points
c) Experience in running medical shops/knowledge of computerized bi!ling=05. Points..
d) Additional higher/related qualification =05 Points.
e) Viva Voce=10 Points.
Total Points = 100 Points
Interested candidates may come for interview along with the supporting original documents (10th & 12th Marks Card, Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized institution, experience in running medical shops/knowledge of computerized billing, additional higher/related qualification if any) & duly filled application form with self attested photocopies of original documents.
Terms & conditions:-
1. Local Candidates shall be preferred for the aforesaid Pharmacists.
2. Retired Registered Pharmacists can also apply
3. Application can be rejected by the undersigned if requisite criteria are not fulfilled.
4. Undersigned deserve the right to increase or decrease number of required Pharmacists advertised or cancel the advertisement at any time without giving any reason.
5. The applicant must be domicile of J&K & resident of District Samba (Domicile/PRC must be attached with the application).
6. Applicant if selected shall have to execute an arrangement & will have to work under supervision of the concerned Medical Superintendent/ Block Medical Officer. He/She shall be designated as Jan Aushadi Store Manager having responsibility for day to day operation of Jan Aushadi Store in accordance with terms & conditions.
7. The candidate if selected shall have to work in Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadi Kenrdra on profit sharing basis.
8. Initial term of hiring shall be one year which may be raised upto three years subject to the satisfactory performance, which shall be vouched by the committee on the basis of the report of the concerned Medical Superintendent/ Block Medical Officer.
9. In case of unsatisfactory performances or violation of agreement the committee shall be well within its power to terminate the services and substitute him/her. He shall not claim any regular appointment /regularization in the department in lieu of this arrangement.
10. Applicant if selected shall not be allowed to sell allied medical products, commodities sold in medical shops. They shall also be not allowed to sell medicines other than meant for Pardhan Mantri Jan Aushadi Kendra.
11. Besides qualification certificate following list of documents are also required:
a) Undertaking on stamp paper duly attested by Class I judicial magistrate that he is unemployed.
b) NOC from District Industries Centre.
c) HOC from District Employment Office.
