Eligibility : Essential : (i) 10+2 with science (Physics & Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute,
(ii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 1 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 is applicable to Haryana State. DESIRABLE: (i) Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and Commonly used packages like MS word, Mwer Point and Excel etc. (ii) Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric Standard
General Instructions
• Application form may be downloaded from nrhmharyana.gov.in and duly filled and signed by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters with self-attested one set of all the testimonials should be submitted till 06.08.2021 before 03:00 PM to : The Dy. Civil Surgeon-NHM, Room No. 225, O/o Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital, Bhiwani. The applications received through post/courier or by any mode, after the last date i.e. 06.08.2021 will be not be entertained. The candidates should reach at O/o Dy. Civil Surgeon-NHM, Room No. 225, O/o Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital; Bhiwani at 09:00 am on the date mentioned against each posts in the advertisement to participate in recruitment process. All the advertisement made in the past for which the recruitment process has not been completed due to any reasons, are cancelled. Under these advertisements, any candidate who wants to withdraw his/her fee can apply with receipt number till 10.09.2021. No claim for refund of application fee will be entertained after 10.09.1. and if these candidates want to apply for any post mentioned in the attached advertisement have to apply afresh, their candidature on the behalf of old application will not be considered .
• The candidates must have to bring all original testimonials. Applicant should bring proof of reserved category also in original and attach the self-attested photocopy with application form. The certificates must be issued by competent authority.
• No TA/DA will be paid to appear in test/interview.
• Post can be increased/decreased or abolished at any .time by competent authorities. « The candidates, who have obtained degrees or Diplomas or Certificates for the various courses from any institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission, shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the posts advertised.
• The candidates are advised to regularly visit at nrhmharyana.gov.in for further information. No individual correspondence will be made by the District Authorities.
