Army Recruitment Rally under the aegis of Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Chennai will be conducted by Army Recruiting Office, Secunderabad from 07 October 2019 to 17 October 2019 at Dr BR Ambedkar Stadium, Karimnagar (Telangana) to enroll eligible candidates into the Army from six districts of Andhra Pradesh East Godavari, Krishna, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and West Godavari and one District of U.T Puducherry Yanam, in Soldier Pharma category.

Chest (CM) : 77 cm & 5 cm expansion

Education QR
10+2 or equivalent exam passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, qualified in D Pharma with minimum 55% marks in aggregate and registered with State Pharmacy Council/Pharmacy Council of India. Individual qualified in B Pharma with minimum 50% marks and registered with State Pharmacy Council/Pharmacy Council of India will also be eligible..

Note. Education Certificates issued by Education Boards affiliated to /listed by COBSE, AICTE, CBSE and NIOs only will be considered.

Registration
Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site :

(a) Admit Card : Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph : Twenty copies of unattested passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts/photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
(c) Education Certificates
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognised School / College / Board / University.
(ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO / DEO.
(d) Domicile Certificate : Candidates to produce latest automated Nativity, Community and Date of Birth Certificate issued by District Administration of their native state in English (i.e from mee seva). Residence Certificate holders are not allowed to participate in the rally.
(e) Caste Certificate : Caste Certificate affixed with photographs (Maharashtra State does not issue with photograph) of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
(f) Religion Certificate : Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM. (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate : School Character Certificate issued by the School / College Principal / Headmaster, where the candidate last studied.
(h) Character Certificate : Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months
(j) Unmarried Certificate : Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months.

Relationship Certificate.:
SOS / SOEX / SOW / SOWW Candidates are required to produce the following documents :- (i) Relation Certificate issued from respective Records Office only duly signed by the Records Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and particular of the Records Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with Office Seal/Stamp is enclosed.
(ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit att as per Appx.
(iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-servicemen also to be produced, Name and Date of Birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.

Recruitment Programme : Date and time of screening of documents, Physical Fitness Test and
Physical Measurement Test will be mentioned on the Admit Card.

Medical Exam of Candidates : Medical examination will be carried out with effect from 08 Oct 2019 onwards at the Rally Site.

Cautions for all Candidates
(a) No compensation for death/ injury / loss etc during the rally and No Travelling Allowance / Dearness Allowance for journey is admissible. Candidate will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. The signing of Indemnity Bond is a mandatory requirement.
(b) Biometric identification and hand writing analysis will be done at each stage. Imposters will be caught and handed over to Police.
(c) Use of any unfair means will make the candidate liable to disqualification at any stages of recruitment whenever found. He will be handed over to Police thereafter.
(d) All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered.
(e) Candidates are liable to be disqualified for use of Physical performance enhancing drugs during recruitment rally.
(f) Military service is a volunteer service.
(g) Text given in English language will be treated as correct in case of mismatch of interpretation in Telugu language.
(h) Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training.

Candidates will have to apply online only, on the official web site joinindianarmy.nic.in from 23 Aug 19 to 22 Sep 19. Admit cards will be issued online after 23 Sep 2019. Candidates are requested to bring their admit card, application & documents mentioned in the admit card at the rally site. Date and time of reporting at rally site will be mentioned on the admit card. Print out of admit card can be taken after 23 Sep 2019 from joinindianarmy.nic.in. Candidates are advised to carry their Admit Card and documents in water proof transparent document sleeves / sheet protection to cater for guard against damage due to inclement weather.
