Job Description
• Manage the sales and marketing operations for promoting pharma & accountable for achieving business goals & increased sales growth.
• Identify, develop & nurture new market segments for launch of products, thereby enhancing profitability.
• Review & interpret the competition & market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Relationship Management
• Build and strengthen relationships with doctors’ i.e. dermatologist and Pediatrician, & General Practitioners thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support.
• Close co-ordination with the sales managers, product managers & zonal heads, ensuring smooth and profitable operations. Distributor/Channel Management
• Identify and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers & channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
• Monitor distributor sales and marketing activities of C&FA/ Stockists
