Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the following posts under ICMR funded project entitled “Targeting Polo-like kinase 1 to Design and Synthesize 1,3-Thiazolidin-4-ones as Anticancer Agents” under Principal Investigator Prof. Dr. Ramesh L. Sawant, Vice-Principal, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and PG Studies at Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation’s College of Pharmacy, Vilad Ghat, Post MIDC, Ahmednagar – 414111, Maharashtra.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Pay Scale As per ICMR norms : Rs. 28,000/- + HRA@ 10% per month
Essential Qualification : Postgraduate degree (M. Pharm./ M. Tech/ MS) or equivalent degree with a first class.
Desirable criteria : Research experience in the area of Computer Aided Drug Design and Medicinal Chemistry. Publication track record along with GATE/ GPAT/NET/SET score.
Age limit : 35 years
Laboratory Technician
Pay Scale As per ICMR norms : Rs. 18,000/- per month
Essential Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy
Desirable criteria : Relevant Experience

Duration of the Project:
3 years (The positions are purely temporary. Initial appointment will be for one year, which is extendable up to next 2 years, solely based on performance).
