Job Description
Daily updating and verifying the bills / vouchers in systems (Tally ERP), monitoring day to day basis activities of GRN received from warehouse, verification of all cash expenses vouchers, Verifying the Purchase order as per the quotation received and check the taxation part and processed further, preparing Bank Reconsilation Statement on dat to day basis, preparation on regularly basis, Scrutinized with the parties ledgers and follow-up regarding the pending issue, Verifying the payment IOM with the supporting enclosed and process further for payment, preparing Fund position on daily basis and cross check, maintaining Purchase summary for sales tax Dep for filing the returns, dealing with the calls and mails received for old compliances related (C FROM ) & communicate with the concern person and resolve the same, dealing with ROC Compliances, ESIC Department, PF & PT issue and resolving the same., Assessment handling of Professional Tax Dep & Sales Tax department, Preparation of weekly reports, Payroll accounting,Must have ERP Knowledge.
