Pay Band –1 : Rs 5200-20200 plus
Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-
Vacancy- 07 (The vacancy of the posts is subject to availability of the posts at the time of appointment i.e. the vacancy may be increased or decreased as per the situation occurs)
Category- UR-03, OBC-04 . (There may also be change in the category as per roster according to vacant post at the time of appointment.)
Qualification
1. 12th Class pass with Science subject (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) or equivalent from a recognized Board or University;
2. Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948; and.
3. Two years experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after duly registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948;
or
(i)Bachelor degree in Pharmacy. (B. Pharma.) from a recognized University or equivalent; and. (ii)Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Age Limit:- Between 18 to 25 years (Relaxable for Government servants upto the age of forty years in the case of general candidates and upto forty-five years in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt. from time to time.)
Power to relax:- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
Saving:- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concession required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Place of Exam:- The Examinations shall be held at Delhi only probably in the month of October or November 2016.
Pattern of Exam:-
1. The Examinations shall be done in a conventional Paper Based Testing mode.
2. The written examination shall be of single correct response, multiple choice questions (MCQ) type wherein each question shall be followed by four distracters with only one correct response. The examination shall comprise of 180 questions which have to be attempted by candidates in the stipulated 3 hours. For every correct answer one mark shall be awarded to the candidate and for every incorrect answer / attempt, 0.25 mark shall be deducted i.e. there shall be a negative marking of 25%.
Note:- 1. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications in the office of the Additional Director, CGHS, Jaipur.
2. It is to be noted by one and all that after inviting applications and scrutiny of them, the applications with complete Bio-Data and enclosures will be provided to the National Board of Examinations and the examinations will be got done by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi on behalf of Additional Director, CGHS, Jaipur as per the MOU between CGHS Jaipur and National Board of Examinations (NBE).
3. Admit Cards shall be issued to all eligible candidates by NBE. A list of these candidates shall also be uploaded on NBE website. SMS alerts shall also be sent to the candidates.
4. Information Bulletin for recruitment test shall be prepared by NBE.
5. The Test shall be conducted by NBE.
How to Apply:- Interested candidates should send their Applications (as per prescribed proforma) neatly typed/Hand Written on A4 size paper on single side (English or Hindi) duly supported with self attested copies of certificates and affixing a recent passport size photograph (self attested) on the Application. (Proforma of Application is available on Central Govt. Health Scheme, Jaipur cghsjaipur.nic.in under “RECRUITMENTS”). The signed Application may be sent to the Additional Director, Office of the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme, Kendriya Sadan Parisar, Block-B, Ground Floor, Sector-10, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur – 302039.
