Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant on temporary basis for the DST, New Delhi sponsored research project in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, BIT Campus, Anna University, Tiruchirappalli - 620 024.
Post: Project Assistant in a DST
Title of the project: “Targeted Delivery of Camptothecin using Polymer Stabilized Nanoemulsion for Improved Treatment of Breast Cancer”
Tenure of the project: Two years / Coterminous with the project whichever is earlier
Qualifications:
Essential: First class in M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Industrial Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Technology/M.Tech in Nanotechnology)
Desirable: Experience in Nanoparticulate drug delivery systems and publication in refereed journals.
Emoluments: The selected candidates will be initially taken as Project Assistant (PA) and will be paid a stipend of Rs. 14,000/- pm. The fellowship will be provided initially for a period of one year. Continuation of the fellowship is subject to satisfactory performance and review at the end of each year. On satisfactory performance, the tenure of Fellowship will be further for another one year with a stipend of Rs. 16,000/- pm.
Candidates recruited for PA can register for pursuing Ph.D programme in Anna University, Chennai.
