Job Description
Purpose: To drive sales of division's products by orienting and updating self on product knowledge, create awareness among customer segments on the superiority of Dr Reddys products vis a vis competitors, design and implement promotional activities for different customers (chemists and doctors), coordinate with stockists to ensure timely product delivery and gather data to facilitate sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide information which would guide sales forecasting by understanding market trends and competition status determine the final list of doctors who are likely to prescribe a large quantity.
- To achieve sales targets by implementation of marketing including of promotional launch activities for different doctors ; take details of POB to deliver the product to chemists d& track sales of new products.
- Collect queries from doctors related to product & address the queries in order to increase prescriptions per doctor.
- build a loyal doctor base and maintain good relations with doctors by understanding Doctor’s prescription trends, track of specific customer needs and provide feedback to ASM / RSM.
- Maintain and update data on - Doctor list, route maps, retailers, other contacts on the supply chain on the internal database IN ORDER TO manage sales activities impacting sales volume.
