Job description
1. Planning for testing of raw material, in-process samples, Intermediate, Finished, Product for GC and HPLC and customer quires.
2. Routine analysis of samples and analysis for confirmation of results
3. Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions, general reagents, indicators.
4. Checking of test results against standards and reporting of any deviations and OOS & OOT results and participate in the investigation of complains related to quality of products
5. Ensure calibration and maintenance of GC, HPLC, and other instruments for Proper functioning.
6. Maintenance of HPLC and GC columns
7. Support for the process, drying and cleaning validations from quality control.
8. Ensure proper documentation as per GLP/GMP.
9. Maintenance of sampling equipments
Candidate Profile
Exposure in API. Well versed with HPLC and GC
