Application on the prescribed Proforma is invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the following posts at the office of the Cantonment Board Lebong, Darjeeling:-

Age as on 01.07.2015: 18-25 Years
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Essential: D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm recognized by PCI/AICTE.
Desirable: working knowledge in Computer, Experience in working in hospitals, clinics, dispensaries etc.
1. The Cantonment Board, Lebong, Darjeeling is an autonomous/ Statutory local body under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and employees of the Board are governed by Cantt Fund Servants Rules, 1937 and are non-transferable.
2. Age Relaxation: Not less than 18 years and not more than 25 years as on 4-09-2015. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC & ST, 3 years for OBC and other category candidates as per the existing Govt. rules.
3. For the Post posts of Assistant Teacher Trained and Pharmacist, candidates should submit their applications only through ONLINE by visiting career.cblebong.org/recruitments. Hence, Offline/Manual applications for the said posts will not be accepted. The complete application that is Part-I and Part –II submitted through online mode should be printed and sent along with the Demand Draft and all the required testimonials through SPEED/REGISTERED POST to the Office Address on or before closing date of application. (Applicable for the post of Asst. Teacher & Pharmacist).
4. Photocopies of Educational Qualifications Certificate, experience certificates, computer knowledge certificates, etc which are duly attested by Gazetted Officer be attached with the Application Form. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-SM must attach Xerox copies of certificates in prescribed format, issued by the Competent Authority duly attested by Gazetted Officer. Two passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer are required (One to be affixed on the form and other enclosed with the application). Applications on plain papers of A-4 size duly typed and filled in clearly in prescribed format along with attested photocopies of supporting certificates/testimonials, will only be accepted. Application is liable to be rejected if it is not in conformity with given format/illegible/un-signed/without required certificate. The name of the post applied for must be clearly indicated on the top of the envelope. A self-addressed envelope (10 x 22cm) with Rs. 40/- stamp affixed on it shall be enclosed along with the application and a self addressed post card with a stamp of Rs.5/- should also be submitted for acknowledging the receipt of application. (Only for application submitted through Offline mode)
5. The application may be sent /addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Office of the Cantonment Board, Lebong Cantt, P.O Lebong, Darjeeling- 734105.
6. If the number of applications received is too large in comparison to the number of posts, only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. If no letter is received by the candidate, the candidate may presume that his/her application has been either rejected or his name is not placed among the short-listed candidates.
7. Application should accompany a Demand Draft for Rs.200/- drawn in the favour of Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Fund Account, Lebong payable at SBI, Darjeeling Branch. SC/ST Categories need not send DD but should submit certificate in support.
8. No TA/DA will be provided for Test/Interview.
9. The candidate should not have been convicted by any court of law.
10. For the post of Safaiwala, Mali-cum-peon and Peon there will be Physical Eligibility Test(PET)/Skill Test and Interview.
11. For the post of Assistant Teacher and Pharmacist there will be written Exam and Interview.
12. If the applicant wishes to apply for more than one post, separate application for each post should be given.
13. Incomplete application will be rejected summarily. No further communications will be made.
14. Last date of receipt of applications along with required documents is 4th September, 2015.

16. After scrutiny of applications eligible candidates shall be called for written test/skill test and interview, the date and time of which shall be intimated in due course of time.
17. Instructions for applying through online mode will be available in career.cblebong.org/recruitments or in the Official Website www.cblebong.org .
18. Applicants applying through online mode can also download their Hall Ticket / admit card by visiting the site itself therefore applicants should note their registration no. for future reference.
