Job Description
Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering and executing projects related to IO Marketing and Commercial effectiveness (CE)
Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to IO Marketing and CE
Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse data
Develop and implement complex mathematical and statistical models that relate sales or marketing activities to financial results
Processing various data files into useful analyses for stakeholders in IO marketing and CE
Develop custom analysis tools in a variety of programming languages and applications such as Advanced Excel, VBA, Powerpoint, Access & SAP system
Conduct quality check of various reports and analysis related to IO Marketing and CE. Ensure documentation is recorded and maintained to deliver high quality projects
Prepare presentation and participate in meetings to deliver results and make recommendations
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
Ad hoc reporting activities and participation in IO Marketing and CE projects
Independently execute tasks/projects with minimal supervision
Strengthen and build GSC Marketing intellectual property position
Develop operating manuals for the deliverables that have been assigned
Other Areas of Responsibality:
Identify and develop opportunities to develop GSC Marketing
Enhance good department team spirit in GSC Marketing and high degree of Knowledge sharing when possible
Innovation and Changes
Innovation and initiative are required in order to bridge the gap between the potential and realised business in IO. The job demands high level of innovation and initiative, as most of IO markets are complex
Continuously scanning the market and the environment for better practices and system

Candidate Profile:
Masters Degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well recognized institute
Good academic track records and grades
3 - 6 years of experience in Pharma industry. Consulting experience would be a plus
Ability to translate business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; execute the analysis including data pull, data preparation
Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams. Consulting experience a plus
Experience in leveraging IMS databases, hospital/account-based targeting and segmentation methods
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
Technical skills - Excel, VBA & PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
