Here’s how this role will help:

Conduct experiments to support technology transfer to plant; Follow up in plant validation batches during the technology transfer; Collect and file validation batch reports; Record the day to day experimental data; Perform analysis like HPLC, GC, wet analysis etc. for inprocess and intermediates.

Conduct experiments according to designed processes; Inform immediate superior about work progress; Record the day to day experimental data; Performing analyses like HPLC, GC, wet analysis etc. for inprocess and intermediates.

Conduct experiments against the troubleshooting issues identified; Record the experimental data.

Calibration of the equipment according to schedule; Record results into the calibration records; Maintain the laboratory as per CGHP with assistance from semi skilled workers.

Review MSDS before using the chemicals/intermediates etc.
