Job Description
Requirement & Qualification:
Post Graduate degree in Pharmacy (Chemistry/Quality Control/Pharmacokinetics) or MSc Chemistry (1st Class Academic Record from a reputed college), with a Diploma in Clinical trials. The candidate should have strong quantitative and analytical skills. He/she should have strong written and oral communication skills, with exposure to or basic understanding of clinical trials.
Experience:
· No previous work experience required.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Exposure to and working knowledge of clinical trials
· Strong fundamentals in science – basics of analytical methods and instrumentation, including principles of validation of methods; approach to designing and conducting experiments on the bench, literature referencing, quality control
· Good execution and organizing capability (with examples). Detail oriented and with a desire for excellence in execution
· Proactive with high initiative(with examples)
· Competency and experience in writing reports/documents
· Sound knowledge & efficiency in computer programs – MS word, PowerPoint, Excel etc
· Good written and oral communication in English
Responsibilities:
· Conduct of clinical trials, as a part of the Clinical project team
· Co- ordination and monitoring of clinical trials at external parties
· Clinical studies document and report writing
