Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a background in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations or Research and Development. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and society.

Job Description
• Lead data management activities and ensure data integrity and accuracy in all processes.
• Oversee the collection processing and analysis of clinical data to support safety and efficacy evaluations.
• Provide advanced Excel expertise to streamline data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of new data management processes and tools.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of data quality.
• Assist in the preparation of safety reports and other documentation required for regulatory submissions.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and pharmacovigilance.

Candidate Profile
• Possess advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze complex datasets.
• Have experience in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations or Research and Development.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Show excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
