Production
Technical Assistant : Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection, Band sealing Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items. Exposure to Pharma Regulatory is must.
Executive / Senior Executive : B.Tech / M.Tech (any stream) with 1-7 years of experience in industries like Nutraceuticals, Chemical, Pharma devices, Pharma equipment, FMCG, API and Packaging. The role is required to work in Pharma- OSD Production.
Packing
Technical Assistant (Operator) : ITI / Diploma in Engineering with 3-7 years of relevant experience in Primary operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line(BQS) and Sachet Packing(Wraptech). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction, receiving, arranging, storing and maintaining the material movement of packaging material. Exposure to Pharma Regulatory is must.
Dispensing
Technical Assistant : Diploma in Engineering / D. Pharm / B.Sc. with 3-7 years of relevant experience in raw material and solvent dispensing operations and having knowledge of SAP system. Exposure to Pharma Regulatory is must.
Officer to Senior Executive : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B. Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in handling of all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, Qualification & MES / Automated Dispensing System and should have exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
Warehouse
Technical Assistant (Operator) : ITI / Diploma / B.A. / B.Com with 3-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt, storage, issuance and handling of materials. Preference will be given to knowledge of ASRS System, stacker operation & SAP system. Exposure to Pharma Regulatory is must.
Officer to Senior Executive : B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharma graduate with 3-7 years of experience in handling warehousing activities, raw material, packing material receipt and issuance activities. Candidates should have good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities and should be well versed with SAP MM module with WMS. They would be responsible for handling expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory and should have exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
Engineering
Technician : Diploma / ITI with 3-7 years of experience in Electrical (HT, LT panels) maintenance and process equipment (Granulation, Compression, Packing) maintenance. Candidates should have good exposure to breakdown and preventive maintenance. Exposure to Pharma Regulatory is must.
Executive / Sr Executive (Process Equipment) : B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 3-7 years of experience in maintenance of OSD equipment used in process such as Granulation, Compression, Packing Etc. Candidates should have exposure to SAP and adherence to safety work permits. Exposure to Pharma Regulatory is must
