Inviting candidates for the post of Deputy Manager / Associate Manager for Project Management (Formulation R&D) department at Pharmaceutical Technology Centre, Ahmedabad
Job Description
1. End to end execution & managing of Generic Product Development Cycle, co-ordinating with the CFTs within R&D as well as other stakeholders i.e. with Mfg. teams for exhibit batch schedules and monitor regulatory team’s activities for dossier compilation and achieving targeted submission timelines.
2. Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments for proposed projects, evaluating technical, financial and operational aspects. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders. Ensure alignment of project scope with organizational strategies and requirements.
4. Develop detailed project budgets, including cost estimates. Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
5. Develop project timelines and schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies. Also Monitor progress against timelines and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery
6. Utilize the project management software to streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration and drive project success
7. Provide regular project updates and reports to BU head, highlighting progress, issues, and resolutions.
8. Conduct risk assessments for projects, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Proactively manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project objectives.
9. Implement project controls to monitor and track project performance against key metrics. Identify deviations from the project plan and take corrective actions to address issues and keep the project on track.
10. To co-ordinate with the internal R&D team and effectively collaborate with external clients to handle various customer-based projects
11. Coordinate with both external and internal teams to ensure timely management of proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), MSA and contracts for specialized products.
Candidate Profile
M. Pharm in pharmaceutics / B.Pharm and MBA / PMT certified with 5-8 years of experience in Project Management for Formulation R&D.
