Project title : "Uncovering the molecular basis of nucleolin’s binding to G-quadruplex structures" and the selected candidate is expected to make protein constructs utilizing basic molecular biology techniques like PCR, cloning, protein purification and analyzing RNA-protein interactions using biophysical methods.
Essential Qualifications : Masters Degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University
Experience Required in Months : 24
Desirable Qualification : Proficient knowledge in protein purification using affinity and size exclusion chromatography, other molecular biology techniques including, but not limited to PCR, qRT-PCR, basic knowledge of bioinformatic tools like molecular docking and visualizing protein structures.
