Tasks
1. Achieve the set targets of sales and collection from the pharmacies
2. Overall administration of the pharmacies.
3. Liaisoning with the authorities of the Hospitals
4. Liaisoning with the Government Authorities.
5. Coordination of the operations of the new centres.
6. Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective alternatives.
7. Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
8. Monitor staff’s performance.
9. Train new employees.
10. Resolve potential issues with patients.
11. Stay up-to-date with Retail pharma regulations
Requirements
Maximum Age : 40 years as on 01.04.2023
Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement) : Rs.25,000 – 45,000/-
Gross Salary : Rs.46050.00/- (in the minimum of the range)
Qualification :
Essential : B.Pharm / MBA
Post Qualification Experience : Essential: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy business
Posting Location : Madhya Pradesh / Jammu / Nagpur
Contract Type : Executive – Contract
