This role provides HR Support to multiple Commercial business units of Pfizer India with moderate to high complexity, and partner with relevant peers/stakeholders/leaders to manage all employee life cycle related processes and deliver appropriate and relevant HR advise. This is an individual contributor role.
Looking for highly motivated experienced professionals from Pharma / Insurance / Telecom / Alco-bev / Banking industry with business partnering experience for commercial function (Sales & Marketing). Management graduates from reputed institutes with good stakeholder managment skills preferred. CoE stint in TA, Compensation & Benefits or L&D is an added advantage.
