National Urban Health Mission / Gujarat Urban Health Project - District Health Society - Mehsana hereby advertises to fill the following posts on contract basis for 11 months and to prepare a waiting list for future vacancies.
Post : Pharmacist (PHC/UPHC/RBSK and Other Prog.)
Qualification : Must have completed Bachelor Diploma in Pharmacy from a Government recognized institution, Must be registered with Gujarat Pharmacy Council Must have completed Computer knowledge course.
Age limit : 40 years
Salary : Rs. 13,000/- fixed salary
Important Instructions on Online Form Filling
(1) Candidate only online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in received application will be accepted. Applications received by Ordinary Post / Courier in person Speed Post RPAD will be considered cancelled.
(2) Photocopy of the original document in a legible and legible manner shall be compulsorily uploaded in the software. If unclear illegible documents are uploaded, such application will be considered rejected.
(3) Applications with incomplete particulars shall be invalid.
(4) Correspondence for all the said posts will be done by this office only through e-mail so that all the candidates have to enter the e-mail id and mobile number especially the currently working one.
(5) All final decision regarding the appointment like increasing or decreasing the post or canceling the recruitment process shall rest with the Mission Director - Chief District Health Officer Mehsana.
